The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for saving and accessing data on the Users' Devices using the Website for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Website Administrator.

External service - website of partners, service providers or service recipients of the Administrator

Administrator - Stalmot & Wolmet Sp. z o.o., operating at: Sienkiewicza 2, 13-100 Nidzica, Poland, with a tax identification number (NIP): 7393859124 company, providing electronic services via the Website and storing and accessing information on the User's devices

User - a physical person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website

Device - an electronic device with software, through which the User gains access to the Website

Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES

Internal cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website's ICT system

External cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the ICT systems of external Services

Session cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or External Services during one session of a given Device. At the end of the session, the files are deleted from the User's Device.

Persistent cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Website or External Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the end of the Device session, unless the configuration of the User's Device is set to the mode of deleting cookies after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 SECURITY

Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow you to download any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device. It is virtually impossible to transfer viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the User's Device.

Internal cookies - internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices

External cookies - the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookies from the Website's partners. The list of partners is further in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

Logging in - the Administrator uses Cookies for the purposes of logging in Users on the Website

Statistical data - the Administrator and External Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, statistics of User Devices or statistics of user behavior. These data are collected in order to analyze and improve the Website

Serving multimedia services - the Administrator and External Services use Cookies to serve multimedia services to Users

Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible as much as the law allows for the operation of cookies used by partner websites. § 8 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

Restricting the storage and access to Cookies on the User's Device may result in incorrect operation of some functions of the Website.

The Administrator does not bear any responsibility for malfunctioning functions of the Website in the event that the User limits in any way the ability to save and read Cookie files.
